The Role
Lark is seeking a talented, high-energy Regional Vice President, Employer Sales who can support and establish consultant and broker relationships to drive employer revenue. There will be a strong focus on new customer acquisition that will require the core skills of lead generation, sales development, partnership identification, and contract negotiation.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and foster interest and awareness about Lark with channel partners that work directly with Employer HR, benefits, and total reward executives, example companies include - Willis, Towers Watson, and Mercer
  • Coordinate with channel partner producers and the employer sales team to facilitate the ongoing acquisition of jumbo self-insured employers
  • Proven success in developing channel partnerships and working with employer benefit consultants and brokers
  • Provide perspective and competitive intelligence to help drive the channel strategy

What You Need

  • Must have 3+ years of Benefit Broker channel sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Must have 7+ years of prior experience working in enterprise sales and channel partner acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to identify growth business in highly competitive markets
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and self-direct in a collaborative, low process work environment
  • Commitment to meeting financial forecasts
  • Strong EQ and background, having worked with clients or external partners and internal product and marketing teams
  • A proven and documentable history of achieving sales goals
  • Prior experience with channel partnerships in the employer benefit channel
  • Business acumen and a thorough knowledge of customer use-cases and motivations to purchase
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, sales, and technical presentation
  • Must have very strong consultative sales skills
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $130,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
