In addition, you will be responsible for feedback to senior leaders on critical deliverables, outcomes and insights into cost, productivity, service and safety results.
Responsibilities
Support all warehouse activities within a specific geographic area of the division, both satellite and production warehouse locations are in scope
Assist with warehouse portion of the Division strategic vision
Lead the implementation of capital projects ensuring compliance with all relevant processes
Responsible for managing the financial spend of the projects
Manage external contractors related to project work
Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional initiative leads to ensure successful realization of the warehouse objectives
Proactively identify warehouse issues and provide solutions
Develop presentation materials for warehouse - related discussions as well as senior leadership reviews of initiatives, plan, and implementation status
Ensure that all appropriate Environmental, Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety and GCS requirements are incorporated into all aspects of project development and execution
You will have excellent problem solving, strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple different business partners at all levels of the business. The Regional Warehouse Director will partner closely with division leaders to maintain the business case and integrated project roadmap covering timeline, actions and interdependencies
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $113,300 - $226,600
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 3-5+ years of Operations Management experience preferred
Strong working Knowledge of PBC Warehouse operations and capital preferred
Excellent project management skills, including deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to connect and understand multiple data points to ensure cohesive project management
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization and drive business decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across multiple large-scale initiatives that have interconnecting impact across functions
Results-oriented strategic thinker who demonstrates curiosity and bias for action
Team player with ability to excel in agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment
