Notre groupe, composé de boutiques Hotels de luxe, basés à Casablanca et a Fes (Riad Fès – Relais & Châteaux et Hotel Sahrai – www.hotelsahrai.com) est une référence dans l’hôtellerie nationale.

Pionnier dans l’hôtellerie de luxe à Fès, innovants, nous attachons une grande importance au dynamisme, à la créativité et à la culture du luxe.

Nous recherchons une personne pour nous accompagner dans le volet marketing, communication et commercial de nos hôtels. Un poste riche, transversal et valorisant.

Ce poste ne nécessite pas une présence sur place à 100%. Une présence de deux jours par semaine à Fès ou 1 semaine par mois est suffisante.

Un budget sera fait en début d’année accompagné d’un plan marketing et d’un plan de communication.

Vous reporterez aux directeurs des établissements.

Pionniers dans la réhabilitation des anciens Riads de la cité millénaire, c’est en tant que passionnés de notre ville, de notre héritage culturel et architectural et de l’art de vivre et de recevoir à la marocaine que nous avons décidé de restaurer ce Riad dans sa splendeur d’origine.

Ancienne propriété d’un notable de la ville, ce Riad abritait l’une des familles les plus raffinées de Fès. C’est dans le respect de la tradition que nous avons restauré ce palais du XIV eme siècle pour vous faire vivre une expérience unique.

Depuis 20 ans, nous sommes au service de nos clients pour leur faire découvrir avec passion les traditions marocaines dans un cet écrin de luxe et de confort.

Description du poste

Volet marketing

  • Mise en place d’un plan marketing en accord avec la direction
    • Mise en place de partenariats impactants
    • Représentation des hôtels aux salons
    • Organisation des salons (choix selon le plan marketing), selon les marchés ciblés etc…inscription et préparation
    • Réalisation de goodies/ sets pour les VIP, les agences, etc…
    • Organisation des fams trips avec les agences et gestion sur place (visites etc..)
    • Rédaction et mise en page des brochures commerciales
    • Identification et suivi des agences Sales et Presse
    • Mise en place d’offres et d’animation tout au long de l’année
    • Optimisation de notre référencement en ligne (SEA, SEO)
    • Mise en place de Newsletter pour les agences de voyage
    • Création d’une base de données pour communiquer directement auprès de certains segments de clientèle

 

Volet commercial

  • Définition de la politique tarifaire avec la direction
  • Participer aux négociations commerciales et remettre les contrats aux agences
  • Superviser les partenariats commerciaux
  • Superviser le departement des reservations en mettant en place des mails type, formations pour les agents de reservation, audit des réservations etc…
  • Suivi des commissions des OTA
  • Suivi des comptes debiteurs

Mise en place de tous les outils de vente, distribution et communication, mise en place de l equipe FO et reservation pour l’ouverture de l’Hotel a Casablanca

  • Anglais lu et écrit obligatoire
  • Tres bonne connaissance des PMS
