About Us

Remilia Agency is the talent division of Remilia Corporation. Our agency represents both musical artists and models who embody our distinctive ethos, building upon our foundation of curating sold-out underground concerts and immersive raves across global cultural hubs including London, New York, LA, Tokyo, and Seoul.

We work closely with emerging artists and creators from online communities. In this role, you'll help our roster of musicians and models build their online presence, connecting them to broader audiences while maintaining their authentic creative vision. The position requires a substantive understanding of underground culture and digital art, as you'll be directly involved in how these artists are presented and discovered.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, offering both creative freedom and the responsibility to build something significant with the backing and resources of our collective.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Social Media Talent Coordinator who can help build engaged fan communities and create content that turns casual listeners into supporters. You'll develop and implement social media content that connects our artists (75% focus) and models (25% focus) with their audiences. Both talent categories represent the broader Remilia brand, requiring consistent yet personalized approaches to their online presence.

You'll coordinate and guide the online presence of our musicians and models across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. This involves directing content planning, implementing growth tactics, and helping build authentic fan communities. Your role will involve working closely with talent to guide their content creation, ensuring it aligns with platform best practices while remaining authentic to their artistic vision.

You'll collaborate with our creative team, who will provide support for content production.

Core Responsibilities

Content Direction & Platform Growth

  • Guide musicians and models in creating platform-appropriate content

  • Plan content calendars and posting schedules for maximum visibility

  • Implement proven growth tactics tailored to each platform (hashtag strategies, collaboration opportunities, trend participation)

  • Monitor key performance metrics including engagement rate, follower growth, and content reach

  • Track conversion metrics such as profile visits, link clicks, and platform-to-platform follower migration

  • Identify opportunities on emerging platforms where our talent should establish presence

Community Management & Engagement

  • Coordinate audience interaction strategies across talent accounts

  • Direct engagement efforts to build genuine connections with fans

  • Oversee comment and message response protocols

  • Plan activities that convert casual followers into dedicated supporters

  • Develop approaches to translate online engagement into streaming, show attendance, or brand opportunities

Project Management

  • Coordinate content production timelines with talent and creative team

  • Track content creation progress and ensure deadlines are met

  • Maintain content libraries and asset organization

  • Prioritize platform-specific needs based on growth opportunities

  • Manage cross-platform content rollouts for major releases or announcements

Talent Coordination

  • Brief talent on content requirements and platform best practices

  • Provide clear direction for content creation sessions

  • Review and provide feedback on talent-created content

  • Track performance metrics and communicate results to talent

  • Ensure consistent output across all talent accounts

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in social media management or content coordination

  • Experience working with content creation tools like CapCut or similar

  • Proficiency with scheduling platforms such as Later, Hootsuite, or Creator Studio

  • Understanding of growth tactics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter

  • Experience coordinating content creation with creative talent

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to grow online audiences

  • Portfolio showing examples of successful social media campaigns

  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics

Desired Attributes

  • Familiarity with music promotion or fashion/modeling industry

  • Understanding of how to adapt content for international audiences

  • Knowledge of hyperpop, breakcore, dancecore, scenecore, and adjacent scenes

  • Familiarity with underground music and art scenes in key cultural hubs (LA, NYC, Tokyo, Seoul, London, Berlin) beyond mainstream circuits

Within your first 90 days:

  • Establishing effective content coordination systems for each talent

  • Improving engagement rates across talent accounts

  • Implementing growth tactics that show measurable results

  • Building productive working relationships with our talent roster

  • Consistent follower growth that exceeds platform averages

  • Effective management of talent-created content

  • Successful conversion of online following to tangible opportunities

  • Establishment of distinct and recognizable online personas for each talent

Additional Information

  • Location: On-Site in Irvine, CA

  • Compensation: $40,000-70,000 based on experience
