Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – SaaS Industry

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (UK time)
Location: Fully remote (South Africa-based candidates)
Salary: R28,000 per month basic plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners during client briefing calls to understand assignment requirements.
  • Source and identify exceptional talent across various roles including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PreSales, Product Marketing, Product Managers, and Engineers.
  • Conduct market mapping and candidate identification, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Engage candidates through initial discussions, presenting roles and assessing suitability.
  • Compile comprehensive shortlists of qualified candidates and present them to clients.
  • Manage client interview processes from start to finish, potentially overseeing the assignment through to closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience recruiting for B2B SaaS companies, ideally within industries such as Cyber Security, FinTech, Industry 4.0, RetailTech, or MarTech.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PreSales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Experience recruiting internationally, including hiring senior individual contributors (ICs) through to VP-level roles.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, including building projects, conducting outreach, and maintaining candidate relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
