Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

This role involves executing outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach, to generate and nurture leads. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls and LinkedIn outreach to generate sales opportunities.
Engage potential clients through professional and persuasive communication.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed performance targets for calls, messages, and lead conversions.
Participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques and market knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an SDR, BDR, or similar role.
Strong background in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and execute sales strategies effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
Reliable laptop and stable internet connection are required.
