About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Product Manager to lead technology efforts across martech, ecommerce, and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced tech environments, has a deep understanding of the martech ecosystem, and can balance strategic vision with tactical execution. They will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to assess, plan, and implement solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership:
-Collaborate with data strategists and marketing leads to create martech assessments, providing strategic guidance on tool selection, planning, and implementation.
-Lead ecommerce development projects, ensuring seamless customer experiences through clear communication of goals, constraints, and requirements collaborating with the design and development teams along the way.
-Oversee software development initiatives, breaking down complex projects into manageable deliverables and tasks.
Strategy & Planning
-Visually map customer journeys to identify opportunities for technology and process improvements.
-Build comprehensive roadmaps that align with key business objectives and metrics.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to compile requirements, understand constraints, and prioritize deliverables.
Execution & Delivery
-Break down large projects into clear tasks and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution.
-Partner with technical leads to build technology diagrams and architecture plans.
-Develop and implement testing plans to measure progress against metric-driven goals.
-Intake project needs, distill into tasks, and own the execution of deliverables through prioritization, delegation, and guidance through continuous internal team meetings.
Client Engagement
-Uncover client needs and translate them into actionable product requirements and project plans.
-Serve as a trusted advisor on martech best practices and how to structure high-performing tech stacks.
-Communicate project progress, findings, and insights through regular reporting and stakeholder updates.
Documents & Artifacts:
Create key artifacts including:
-Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) – To build alignment internally and externally around what is being executed against, how it’s being built, and why.
-Roadmaps – To create a shared understanding of sequencing and milestones.
Customer Journey Maps – To inform required features, key ecommerce touchpoints, and any optimization/growth opportunities across the customer journey.
-Martech Assessments – To lead into implementation of new platforms and tools enabling data-driven marketing activities and automations.
