Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDesign Specialist Position:Renewal by Andersen is a subsidiary of Andersen Corporation, a 118 year old company and the largest manufacturer of windows and doors in the world. Renewal by Andersen is a retail business, which directly serves homeowners. We are currently looking to add to our 2022 team, and in search of candidates with high business acumen, problem-solving skills, and adaptive personalities. High volume sales experience and a systematic sales process background is preferred but not required. All marketing is provided for the candidate. This is a full-time, commission-only position, after (up to) 8 weeks of paid training. Our average tenured design specialists earn on average $175k-$225k per year, however it is realistic that a new specialist would likely only earn $70k-$110k in the first year. Benefits include 401k with company match, medical insurance (including dental and vision), supplemental insurance (AFLAC) and life insurance/family planning (optional). A company phone, laptop, and Ipad are provided at hire, and a company vehicle is provided after 1 year of employment.
