In this role, you will not only develop vision and strategy, but also contribute directly by creating, writing, and editing content. You will lead the development of an educational platform, potentially featuring courses and certifications for real estate professionals, while also ensuring SEO, social media, and sales enablement efforts align with business goals.The ideal candidate will seamlessly shift between high-level strategic planning and execution tasks, managing contractors and vendors while also contributing to content production.We have offices used on a hybrid basis in Los Angeles and Seattle, but we can also accommodate fully remote work for the right hire.Key Responsibilities• Lead content strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy for RentSpree’s educational content initiative, including SEO, social media, and sales enablement• Create and execute content: Write, edit, and oversee the production of content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals• Build an educational platform: Develop and launch a platform offering courses and certifications for real estate agents, focusing on engaging, relevant content• SEO and social media: Drive traffic through optimized content and social media strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.• Sales enablement: Develop content that empowers the sales team, driving product adoption and supporting sales efforts• Manage potential contractors and vendors: Oversee contractors and vendors for content production• Define KPIs and goals: Set and monitor KPIs for traffic, engagement, conversion, and course enrollments, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights• Budget ownership: Manage the content development budget, including in-house resources, contractors, and production costsSkills & Requirements• 7-10 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles, with hands-on experience writing and editing content.• Proven ability to shift between strategy and execution, taking ownership of both planning and delivery.• Experience driving SEO, social media, and sales enablement initiatives.• Ability to lead multiple projects from concept to execution.• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and production partners effectively.• Leadership experience, including managing team members and aligning cross-functional efforts.• Data-driven mindset, with experience setting KPIs and tracking performance metrics.• Experience building and launching educational platforms, courses, or certification programs is a plus.• Knowledge of the real estate or rental industry is a plus, but not required.• Real estate/property tech expertise a plusLocation• We have offices used on a hybrid basis in Los Angeles and Seattle, but we can also accommodate fully remote work for the right hire.
