Key Requirements
Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge
Own truck and tools
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
Bilingual skills in both Spanish and English- a plus!
Excellent customer service skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience in re-glazing - a plus!
About This Role
Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service
Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products
Take preventative measures, escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods of time
