Product Manager

Replicate helps developers build with AI. We're building the infrastructure and tools that make it easy to discover, run, and integrate state-of-the-art machine learning models into applications. Thousands of companies rely on our platform to ship AI features to their users.

We've chosen to maintain a small, elite team because it lets us ship faster and build better products. As our first product hire, you'll have an outsized impact on how AI engineers experience and build with AI.

You'll own the product development lifecycle from start to finish. This means wearing multiple hats: talking to customers, specifying features, and project managing your own work through to completion.

We're looking for the right person, not just someone who checks boxes, so you don't need to satisfy all of these things. But you've probably got these qualities:

  • You've shipped developer tools or infrastructure products before

  • You give a damn about developer experience and the ML/AI space

  • You’re customer obsessed

  • You're self-driven and have a track record of pushing projects through independently

  • Strong technical background — you can discuss ML infrastructure concepts confidently

  • You tinker with ML models and stay current with the ecosystem

You'll be working from our beautiful office in the Mission, San Francisco at least 3 days a week. We offer competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
