Your Responsibilities

Based in Manila, the ideal candidate for this role brings expertise in multimedia design, creative production, and brand execution. You have a strong creative portfolio and a track record of delivering visually compelling content that elevates brand presence and supports business goals. Your Role 

As Multimedia Artist, Design & Creative, you will be part of RepRisk’s global Marketing & Communications team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Design & Creative (Manila). You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to conceptualize and execute branded materials that visually communicate RepRisk’s mission and value proposition.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing a wide variety of marketing and communications materials—from social media graphics and promotional videos to flyers, infographics, and presentations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and deliver high-quality multimedia assets for digital and print use, including infographics, flyers, social media visuals, presentations, animations, videos, and more. 
• Collaborate with your manager and stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and translate objectives into engaging visual concepts. 
• Ensure consistency with RepRisk’s brand identity and maintain adherence to our visual standards and guidelines. 
• Support the creation and upkeep of branded templates and toolkits to increase efficiency and alignment. 
• Manage timelines and project deliverables, ensuring assets are completed on time and to the required standard. 
• Stay up to date with the latest design tools, trends, and best practices—and bring fresh ideas into your work. 

You Bring 

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in multimedia design, visual communication, or creative production – ideally in a B2B, agency, or global marketing environment.  
• Bachelor’s degree: Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related design field. 
• An online portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver polished and effective visual content. An online portfolio is required to be considered for interview. Please include the link in your resume. 
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. 
• Familiarity with Canva and other visual collaboration tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with brand and creative direction. 
• Fluent (near-native) English speaker – every additional language is a plus!
