Our Resort Rangers assist in delivering WOW to our guests at their arrival, departure, and during their stay. Rangers will act as escorts for our guests who arrive and need help finding their site or want a quick tour of the resort. Rangers will provide valet trash and propane service to our guests and ensure facilities are clean and stocked daily. Rangers will monitor the amenities and facilities after hours and report any issues to the Resort Manager.

About this opportunity:

• Location: Ocala, FL
• Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00, dependent on experience
• Position type: Part-time. This job requires a flexible schedule with varied work hours that may include weekends. The maximum number of hours per week is 28. Working hours can be in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

What we are looking for in a Resort Ranger Candidate:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Driven for Excellence in hospitality and guest experience
• Professional appearance
• Flexibility to respond to after-hours arrivals and resort needs
• Basic understanding of RV transportation and relocation
• Excellent customer service skills - residents are our #1 priority and team members are expected to WOW them daily
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Must live locally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills

What you will do as a Ranger:

• Escort arrivals to their site and assist with basic setup, if needed.
• Deliver packages and miscellaneous items to guests as needed.
• Act as a concierge to guests regarding their needs while onsite.
• Monitor pool activity and amenities to ensure guests experience WOW during their stay.
• Walk through and inspect all common area facilities daily and report any issues to the Facilities Supervisor.
• Inspect and review all sites daily and report arrivals/departures to the Assistant Resort Manager.
