Program Analyst

RMC is hiring a Program Analyst in Indian Head, MD. The selected applicant will be responsible for providing technical support to Purchasing Teams within the NSWC IHD Enterprise. Duties may include:

  • Authoring, updating and managing required program acquisition documents, plans and policies
  • Providing metrics, analysis, procurement screening oversight and corrective actions on Navy ERP Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Monitoring the health of procurements using a variety of data provided from Navy ERP and the Procurement Tool
  • Entering Procurement Transactions in the Procurement Tool; update tracking spreadsheets to maintain status and request additional information and approvals as needed
  • Assisting in clearing un-matched receipts, frustrated deliveries and open obligations
  • Gathering requirements and processing NMCI delivery orders
  • Processing multiple outgoing funding documents
  • Ensuring that final orders meet DoD, Navy and NAVSEA standards for order execution
  • Developing and maintaining performance and accuracy metrics that can be presented as requested
  • Attending meetings, preparing briefs, presentations, and updating and managing various cost spreadsheet

Candidate must possess an Associate’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience in a related discipline. Prior experience handling DoD funding documents and DoD acquisitions/contracts is desired, but training will be provided as necessary.

Security Clearance: An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
