Resultant seeks a proactive Director of Business Development for the Justice practice, focusing on courts, to drive strategy and foster innovative solutions in the public sector. This leadership role requires building strong client relationships and positioning Resultant as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include vision casting for clients, managing strategic contracting, industry expertise, business development, client engagement, relationship building, long-term strategic planning, and promoting thought leadership.
Skills: Candidates should have experience in consulting, leadership in strategic initiatives, client relationship management, and technical expertise with cloud platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in the justice space, familiarity with public sector funding mechanisms, and a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Location: Remote work is available, but candidates based in Mountain or Pacific time zones are preferred. Travel to client sites and conferences estimated at 10-20%.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $150,000 - $200,000.

As the Director of Business Development, Justice (Courts) for the Justice practice, you will shape and execute business development efforts while being the trusted advisor our clients rely on. You will be key in defining our Justice offerings and expanding our presence in the government sector by producing go-to-market strategies through collaboration with subject-matter experts, technical consultants, and external stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive team member to position Resultant as a trusted advisor and innovator in existing public sector clients while supporting Resultant's expansion into new markets by shaping public sector offerings and services. To achieve these outcomes the Director of Business Development, Justice (Courts) will work closely to complement our delivery resources by leading client portfolios but will not have any direct delivery responsibility themselves.
