Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Retreat Host

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Retreat Host serves as the Hospitality Ambassador of Four Seasons Resorts Lana’i.

The Retreat host:

Greets guest and picks up guests at designated pick up/drop off locations on Lana’i for both resorts and resorts amenities. Assists with luggage, able to lift, load and off load on to carts and vehicles. Provides a safe and comfortable ride for guests. Follows all local traffic laws and regulations. Assures that the vehicle is in good repair. Maintains appropriate logs noting trips taken and times of arrival and departure. Has strong knowledge of the area streets so that the guests can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time. Assures that vehicle has had its scheduled maintenance, clean and tidy, and reports any operating difficulties that may arise. During vehicle transport, initiates “Talk Story” with guests to include providing historical tours, activities information and stories of the island. Upon arrival performs all check-in duties/tasks. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, package handling, messages, faxes etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. Assists guests with reservations for activities, restaurants and events. Upon departure performs all check-out duties/tasks. Is assigned a Cash Float and complies with all rules and duties related to having a float. Escort guests to activities scheduled (i.e. spa, adventure center, fitness, etc) Create itineraries based on Sensei Guide recommendations. Responds to email and chats correspondence in a timely manner, according to standard. Performs all other duties as assigned. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in The Employee Handbook

US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
