Entry Level Sales Representative- Up to $60,000-90,000!

What We Offer  

  • Base pay plus uncapped bonuses and commissions

  • Average first year income range up to $60,000 to $90,000/yr

  • Growth opportunities based upon performance into sales and team management

About the Role  

In this position, you will:  

  • Promote Rite Window's products and services to both prospective and existing clients in our in-store retail marketing campaigns and events

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products and installation

  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge

  • Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or Sales

  • Scheduling availability: Sat and/or Sun, and weekdays

  

Key Qualifications  

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs 

  • A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals 

  • A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others 

  • Open to traveling within the local market as needed
