Die Rolle - deine Passion

  • Du betreust unsere Mitarbeitenden aus dem Operations Bereich

  • Du unterstützt und coachst die Führungskräfte aus deinem Bereich in Leadership Topics und unterstützt sie in Bezug auf Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

  • Du bist die Person-of-Trust für die Mitarbeitenden deines Bereichs und gehst individuell auf diese ein

  • Du kannst im besten Fall grundlegende arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen beantworten  

  • Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit People Operations und Learning & Development Funktionen ab und führst entsprechende Prozesse und Strukturen in deinem Fachbereich ein 

 

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

  • 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als People Partner/HR Business Partner

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in einer beratenden HR-Funktion mit Fokus auf zwischenmenschlichen Themen wie Leadership Topics

  • Deine offene und empathische Art hilft dir dabei, Gespräche aller Art  mit einem offenen Ohr zu meistern, Konflikte zu lösen und unsere Mitarbeitenden zu challengen

  • Du kannst dich für HR-Themen begeistern und bringst neue Ideen und Ansätze mit im Bereich New Work und Digitalisierung

  • Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch setzen wir für diese Rolle voraus, Französisch und/oder Spanisch wäre von Vorteil

  • Du bist gut darin, viele Bälle in der Luft zu halten, dabei den Überblick zu behalten und Diskretion ist für dich selbstverständlich
