Customer Experience Manager, Platinum Desk
Join a leading fintech company that is democratizing finance for all. Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for their Platinum Desk team, responsible for leading a team of registered representatives to provide outstanding service to top customers.
Skills
- FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 or 9/10 Licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years experience in customer-facing operations
- 4+ years experience managing customer-facing teams
- Strong management toolkit
- Experience in a high-paced proactive environment
- Strong understanding of customer profitability
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of licensed Platinum Desk team members
- Develop agents for value-added conversations and proactive up-selling
- Coach and mentor team for professional development and top asset growth metrics
- Provide service in a live-support, proactive outreach environment
- Handle customer issues and escalations
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
