What We Value:

  • Ability to develop, coach, and mentor engineers spanning a wide range of experiences.

  • Strong communicator capable of fostering collaboration across multiple disciplines.

  • Equally comfortable operating as a people manager and individual contributor.

  • Proven proficiency in leading projects throughout their lifecycle.

  • Passion for creating high-quality solutions.

  • Experience with data storage solutions, including RDBMS and NoSQL.

  • Understanding of cloud platforms and how to build scalable solutions.

  • Openness to taking on new challenges and the flexibility to adapt to them.

You May Also Have:

  • A background in product management.

  • Prior experience in the gaming industry.

  • History working with customer-facing teams.

  • Knowledge of languages like C#, Golang (Go), Rust, Java, Python, or Kotlin.

What We Can Offer:

  • Hybrid Working Arrangement: Our office in Cardiff is located right in City Centre, just a couple minutes away from the Cardiff Central Train Station! As a member of our team, you’ll have the flexibility to work at home and collaborate with your fellow engineers in person.
