Rodgers Instruments has an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our team onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon. We're known world-wide for our musical organs which feature the latest digital technology enhancing the beauty of tradition and authentic sound.

You'd collaborate with our team here, as well as with Dutch colleagues in the Netherlands to maintain high quality marketing across all social media channels.

Job Description

  • Create marketing goals for the Sales & Marketing team to generate leads and revenue
  • Conduct surveys and market research to target company’s audience
  • Produce, edit, manage, and post high-quality social media content, videos, and presentations
  • Monitor social media traffic to maintain the company’s image and visibility
  • Collaborate with Sales for dealer network relationships
  • Work with Sales to assist in sales strategies and promotions
  • Assist Sales with dealer communication to promote company’s products attractively using websites and social media for sales and revenue
  • Create the best possible visibility to increase company followers/audience
  • Work as a team with our Dutch colleagues in the Netherlands

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Proven record of creating and editing high-quality social media content posts on company website, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. including stories and videos
  • Experience in using design tools to create ads, etc.
  • Experience with creating and supporting marketing goals and lead generation
  • Knowledge of researching and targeting market audiences
  • Experience monitoring social media traffic to assess and optimize company image to the public
  • Experience supporting and working alongside Sales teams
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with others in the company and in our dealer network
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, presentation tools like PowerPoint and Prezi, and website tools
  • Music passion and knowledge (all genres, but particularly classical)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stable work history and attendance
  • Ability to cooperate and work well with others
