About the role

As our E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for running and growing our Shopify store into a multimillion-dollar business. This role requires a self-starter who excels in managing all aspects of e-commerce operations from A to Z, ensuring the store delivers an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth. You’ll work on improving the UX/UI of the store, optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, managing product listings, and executing effective email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • UX/UI Optimization:

    • Enhance the overall design and functionality of the Shopify store to maximize sales and improve the user experience.

    • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement impactful design changes.

  • A/B Testing:

    • Run A/B tests to optimize key elements of the store, including product pages, checkout flows, and CTAs.

    • Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates.

  • Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

    • Use segmentation and automation tools to personalize communication and maximize ROI.

  • Product Management:

Location
