Position Opportunity: Join our growing social media team as a CO-FOUNDER! We're building a dynamic team of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialists to drive impact. This is a rare chance to join a startup at the ground level and earn early-stage equity. The role starts part-time and as EQUITY ONLY, transitioning to paid salaries in mid 2025. You'll retain all equity earned as a co-founder and owner.Overview:Our Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialists are responsible for developing and executing strategies to build relationships with influencers, driving brand awareness and growth for LiveComplete. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, nutrition, and plant-based industries, with experience engaging influencers, developing influencer programs, and managing partnerships directly with content creators across all social media platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a startup environment, creating a network of affiliates and influencers to amplify the brand’s reach.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in consulting, CPG, or startup environments (with at least 2+ years in nutrition or health & wellness). They will be responsible for strategizing and executing influencer marketing tactics to achieve campaign goals across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and sales channels (website, TikTok Shop, Amazon, brick-and-mortar). This candidate is skilled at managing affiliate and influencer strategies, planning and executing campaigns to increase traffic, sales, visibility, and brand exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Affiliate Discovery and Relationship Management• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders based on audience fit, size and approach from nano to macro, across various verticals or industries.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and new partnership opportunities.• Negotiate contracts, manage compensation, and oversee deliverables for influencer collaborations.• Conduct outreach via affiliate platforms and social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, blogs) to expand the influencer network.• Act as a brand ambassador in all communications with influencers and affiliates.Content Creation and Campaign Management• Collaborate with influencers on content creation for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives.• Lead development of paid and organic influencer marketing strategies for new product launches, seasonal activities, and other business objectives• Ensure influencer content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) aligns with brand messaging.• Partner with the marketing team to create complementary content, including blogs, social media updates, and email campaigns.Influencer & Affiliate Management• Oversee the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of affiliate partners.• Manage a diverse portfolio of influencers, spanning nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega, ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand goals.• Use Discord to manage communications with affiliates as needed.• Act as an ambassador for the brand when communicating with influencers and mediaStrategy and Program Execution• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and sales across channels (website, TikTok Shop, Amazon, brick-and-mortar).• Lead multi-tiered influencer strategies that leverage micro and macro-influencers for maximum impact.• Manage influencer marketing software and tools, such as Grin, Upfluence, or Klear, to streamline operations.• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Track and analyze influencer marketing campaigns to measure ROI and overall impact.Sports / Athlete Specialty (Optional)• If it’s your cup of tea, identify and build relationships with athletes at all levels, from Amateur D3 to Pro, niche active sport to mainstream activities, starting with simple product samples and endorsements to commissioned affiliates, and up to partnership deals.• If you have this qualification/interest, please email hr@livecomplete.com to detail your expertise and interest in more detail.Qualifications:• Proven experience managing influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns, preferably in the health, wellness, or nutrition industries.• Desired experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods), with at least 2 years focused on nutrition products.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desired, but not required.About Us:We are the future of food.
