Ruggable is a leading e-commerce brand disrupting the home decor industry, seeking an Email & SMS Manager to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Skills

3-4 years experience in CRM/Retention/Lifecycle Marketing
Experience in ESP (Klaviyo preferred)
Strong project management skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to review data and develop actionable insights
Comfortable with prioritization conversations
Organized with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excitement for learning and improving

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Canadian Ruggable email and SMS programs
Collaborate on US email flows & triggers strategies
Analyze email and SMS data and performance metrics
Maintain email and SMS calendars with extreme attention to detail
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project timelines are met
Participate in QA sessions, creative reviews, and strategy discussions
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals
