About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Director of Patient Programs to lead Rula’s efforts in creating innovative, patient-centered behavioral health initiatives that truly make a difference. This role is at the heart of our mission, working closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives the right care, at the right time, in the right way. You will drive impactful programs that improve patient outcomes, enhance safety, and strengthen provider satisfaction—all while shaping the future of behavioral health care. Required Qualifications

  • Masters in Clinical Behavioral Health  (e.g. LCSW, MPH, LMFT)

  • 5+ years of experience working directly as a clinical leader in a healthcare system or start up

  • 5+ years of working with product and engineering as a clinical advisor and subject matter expert. 

  • 5+ years at a leadership level within a high growth startup

  • Deep experience coordinating cross functional teams within a matrixed organization to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, DO) 

  • Experience working in a triad relationship – directly with healthcare providers, biz ops and product leadership

  • Experience using and delivering on OKRs

  • Experience reporting out to executives and partners on results
