The Rural 1st Loan Officer Trainee (RLO Trainee) will gain knowledge, skills, ability, and experience to become a fully-functional Rural 1st Loan Officer. This is a sales position responsible for building relationships with customers in the consumer market segment.
As an RLO Trainee, you will learn what is necessary to originate credit including assessing customer needs; determining how to meet those needs and obtaining financial information to determine the viability and profitability of consumer mortgage applications. Working closely with your leader/development partner, you will learn how to build professional relationships and to identify credit strengths/opportunities, while providing sound product/service recommendations that meet the customer’s goals.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agriculture or related field.
