The team is responsible for creating and executing successful email marketing programs for business line customers. The Email Technical Producer will play a key role in supporting email marketing efforts across various business units. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), specifically in building and deploying email campaigns, while collaborating closely with email solutions architects, business analysts, email campaign managers, and business line partners.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign creation, testing, and deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including content builder, journey builder, and Ampscript.• Ensure that all email campaigns comply with Brand, CAN-SPAM, and accessibility guidelines.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective email marketing solutions that meet business objectives.• Support ongoing campaign optimization and troubleshooting to enhance campaign performance and user engagement.Preferred Skills/Experience:• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred).• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record in SFMC.• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Ampscript is required.• Agency experience is preferred.• Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively.• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Benefits that Russell Tobin offers:Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.Rate/Salary: $38/hr - $40/hr
