Senior SEM Expert

Remote position within Argentina or Uruguay


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Expert to join the dynamic team of one of our partners. This critical role will focus on leveraging Google Ads to drive our catalog-based advertising efforts and significantly increase the visibility of our extensive product range. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing large-scale budgets and executing campaigns that resonate with our target market.


Qualifications: 

- Proven track record as an SEM expert with deep expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns.

- Demonstrable experience handling substantial monthly ad spending ($100k+) effectively.

- Extensive knowledge of catalog-based advertising with high SKU volumes.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities: 


- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEM campaigns on Google Ads aimed at the target audience of crafters and micro-businesses.

- Strategically handle a $100k+ monthly ad spend to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across our extensive catalog of over 10,000 SKUs.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and selection to optimize ad performance and tailor campaigns to community needs and preferences.

- Design and execute persuasive ad copy and creative assets to attract and convert the target market effectively.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

- Perform A/B testing to assess and refine ad components, such as headlines, images, and calls to action.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with overall marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive brand messaging.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising.
