We're looking for a Brand and Partnerships Executive to be the heart of SafetyCulture’s brand team. This person would work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to bring some big creative ideas and projects to life.


This role is your ticket to gaining hands-on experience with global brand projects and iconic sponsorships like the Australian Open and a NASCAR team. If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to learn, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!


What will I be doing?
  • Sponsorship activation and project support: Assist with our major sponsorships, including the Australian Open, a NASCAR team, and other key brand initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Creative brief management: Draft and manage creative briefs for external partners and internal creative teams
  • Meeting coordination: Manage meeting agendas, take clear notes, and follow up on action items to ensure projects move forward.
  • Brand support: Communicate and enforce SafetyCulture’s brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all materials.
  • Stakeholder follow-up: Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks across internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
  • Asset management: Maintain and organise our brand portal to ensure teams have access to up-to-date, on-brand resources.
  • Collaborating: Support integrated campaigns by working closely with the social media manager, content manager, and comms team.
  • Reporting: Support campaign reporting to measure progress and project outcomes.


What do I need?
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, project coordination, or creative support roles (agency or in-house).
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience managing briefs and keeping teams accountable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • An understanding of branding principles, including visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Proactive and able to work independently to solve problems and move tasks forward.
  • Comfortable using tools like project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).
  • A team player who can build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
