You have proven experience as a B2B copywriter and understand the nuances of messaging that help pique the interest of potential buyers. Ultimately, you’ll be measured by your ability to get prospect meetings booked with our sales team.

You will work across key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions to roll out Sales plays and programs, and will leverage experience with Salesloft and HubSpot (or another similar CRM) to design and execute creative solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and help drive programs to execute and automate Salesloft sequences aligned to key initiatives, with the goal of increasing sales and generating more leads
  • Drive work effort by working cross-functionally with project and business stakeholders
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to processes/systems to fix root causes
  • Serve as the internal expert on sales outreach best practices, with a particular focus on understanding and reporting on sequence performance data
  • Ensure a steady cadence of A/B tests are applied to Salesloft sequences in alignment with strategic business goals
  • Create and deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting on sequence effectiveness, pipeline generation, and AE adoption to sales leaders consistently to help maximize return on investment and pinpoint areas of improvement
  • Manage closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Host monthly stakeholder meetings, updating content when needed, responding to questions on sales campaigns and information included, as well as reporting and metrics on content used or not used
  • Stay current on the solutions we sell, buyer personas, market trends, and competitors.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales or business development for a global technology company
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience in a business/ sales environment (with the ability to show a portfolio of your work)
  • Solid experience in digital selling tools, including HubSpot, sales enablement platforms such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and market intelligence platforms (CBInsights, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic and tactical levels; willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Big picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail – ability to understand overall business objectives quickly, create a well-aligned strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
