Sales Operations Manager

Data Axle provides data, applications, and services that help organizations make and save money. Our commitment to accuracy, service and innovation drive customer acquisition, retention, and product enhancement. We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager.

The Manager, Sales Operations position is responsible for managing the operations and activities supporting the sales staff.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Leadership and project management in support of Sales.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams in support of Sales; IT, Legal, Marketing and HR.
  • Measure and report sales funnel marketing campaign performance/analytics.
  • Oversight of Salesforce system.
  • Develop roadmaps for employee training.
  • Oversight product pricing.
  • Oversight Salesgenie User Group performance.
  • Oversee workflow processes and provide recommendations on tools and resources that allow for greater efficiency in timing, quality, and output.
  • Prepare and maintain department procedural documents.
  • Assist senior management in the creation of goals and strategies.
  • Prepare and present meaningful management reports.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective business relationships.

Supportive Job Functions:

  • May work on various special projects involving budgets and preparations for senior management meetings.
  • May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
  • Provide guidance to managers.
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

  • These tasks do not meet the Americans with Disabilities Act definition of essential job functions and usually equal 5% or less of time spent. However, these tasks still constitute important performance aspects of the job.
Requirements:

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner.
  • Knowledge of department and Company policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and provide immediate and appropriate feedback.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC software applications; specifically, word processor, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Ability to successfully manage a team of associates.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. *
  • 3 to 5 years prior relevant experience is required. *

  • Minimum requirements needed to perform the job.
