Frost & Sullivan (est. 1961), a global growth consultancy is currently looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Business Development Consultant to join our Brand and Demand Solutions Practice. Under the direction of the Global Partner, Brand and Demand Solutions Practice, your career and on-the-job training will be in support of up to two unique industries. The marketing services you will represent, promote and sell will be targeted to B2B organizations. Our portfolio is vast and represents the best the market has to offer. Responsibilities:
- Sell Brand and Demand Solutions from a portfolio of over 20 unique services

Immerse yourself in your key markets in order to be able to communicate effectively about the corresponding industry to senior level executives

Create and manage a pipeline of prospects in order to grow the client base and ensure target attainment.

Manage accounts and projects on-site to guarantee success and build client relationships.

Renew and solidify relationships to grow business and overall marketing spend

Build internal relationships and partnerships with the divisions you support to prospect and close Brand and Demand opportunities

Develop and grow a strong comprehension of the sales process, including an understanding of the value proposition and value based selling

Coordinate with marketing and the project management team to help drive success and returns for your client’s program.

Required Competencies:
- Proven track record of success in marketing sales and stellar account management

5+ years sales experience, including cold calling and expertise in lead generation

Ability to consistently fill pipeline and drive revenue opportunities
-
Marketing experience preferred

Experience prospecting Senior Executives at Global 1000 companies through multiple avenues

Show initiative; be self-motivated and driven to succeed

Have a positive “can do” attitude and ability to communicate at various levels of an organization

Be meticulous with details and possess solid closing and follow-up skills

Have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Be flexible and enjoy working with people

Four year degree in Business, Communication or Marketing required

Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities
- Strong knowledge of PC software programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
- Ability to utilize search engines and other business resources to gather relevant data and facts and be able to synthesize and apply the information appropriately.

Salary Range: $60K-$75K USD + Bonus
OTE: $125K USD
