Job Summary:

The Sales Ops & Enablement Specialist will play a key role in Edenred achieving its ambitious customer and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate has experience communicating effectively with prospects, partners, and current accounts (both on the phone and via email), coordinate internal resources, work with sales and other internal resources in managing all stages of the sales process with an eagerness to maximize the overall productivity of the senior sales leaders. The role is focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales process through data analysis, process and resource optimization, training while leveraging tools and technology.
Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities
  • Relieve sales executives of the non-selling functions associated with the sales process including: setting up meetings, answering/making phone calls, coordinating calendars amongst other necessary personnel and other administrative tasks.
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring the sales process is optimized to help Sales close deals more efficiently. Identify and streamline inefficient processes, remove bottlenecks, and provide feedback to sales managers to improve sales performance.
  • Perform sales operations tasks including: setting up statements of work, putting together change orders, creating proposals, and creating presentations and facilitating NDA’s.
  • Sales liaison between the multiple teams that interact with Sales including Legal, Technical, Product, Operations and consultants.
  • Help manage MQLs and follow up actions for Sales Executives and Business Development Representatives (BDR’s) with support from Marketing.
  • Find and receive RFPs and learn how to effectively respond and create proposal responses.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure RFP response is developed and approved by all personnel required.
  • Create targeting plans, conduct research, identify key persons and generate reports for potential partnership opportunities for sales executives. Work with Director to forecast sales numbers and identify trends in sales performance and utilize data to adjust sales strategy and help improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide valuable data and insights to Director of Sales, helping identify trends and areas for improvement. Create dashboards and reports that track sales performance and help Sales identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist and ensure new sales reps are trained and onboarded successfully with access to the tools and resources needed to succeed. Provide ongoing training to ensure sales are up to date with product changes and market trends.
  • Work with Marketing team to drive and create sales content, such as presentations, case studies, and product demos, to help sales better communicate with customers.
  • Drive attendance and conduct follow up for all events Edenred attends or sponsors (e.g. trade show) or produces (e.g. webinar, thought leadership event, comingling customer/prospect events).
  • Become a subject matter expert on all sales tools and technologies in order to improve efficiencies and effectiveness on how tools are used for the sales process.
  • Assist with travel arrangement when appropriate.

  • Ability to effectively conduct research utilizing many different resources.
  • Excellent oral and written communications, including the ability to effectively speak with top management and executives (internally and externally) as required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required and preferably in business, marketing, communications or information technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a sales or marketing capacity. Ideally at a software company, but not required.
  • HubSpot CRM/Salesforce experience is a nice-to-have.
