Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated team member to lead & develop Sales Programs in support of the Premier Sales organization. This role is focused on driving pipeline, revenue, & coverage for our Premier Success Plan product line.

This role will be responsible for all aspects of Premier sales programs from creation, prioritization, execution, partner management, performance reviews, and review of program success. The role will require cross-functional relationship building, executive presence, deep knowledge of the CSG sales & renewals processes, deep knowledge of all Success Plan products, leadership skills, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recommend, operationalize & measure sales programs targeting areas of strategic focus for the global Premier sales teams

  • Help the Premier sales program team focus on achieving key objectives and to move past obstacles that get in their way

  • Summarize & communicate impact, successes, & improvement areas of the sales programs team to senior leadership

  • Represent the Success Plans team on broader cross-functional projects & help to drive the overall strategy forward

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Sales, Business Operations, or related fields

  • We are prioritizing candidates who have direct experience driving sales or go-to-market strategy

  • Proven success in developing pipeline & building cross functional relationships

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Skills

  • Knowledge of pipe generation strategies

  • Understanding of business metrics and ability to measure impact of programs on strategic goals

  • Get it-done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit

  • Ability to see the big picture, innovate, and adapt to change

  • Building and delivering presentations to senior executives, translating data insights into concise and insightful executive summaries and presentations

  • Confident communicator with attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills

  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and use cases

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
