HAT YOU WILL BE DOING A

Salesforce Solution Architect is the project leader from the initial client engagement to the final delivery. They are responsible for the overall solution design and implementation of a project from concept to completion. They are experts in the Salesforce ecosystem in purpose as well as functionality with strong client relation capability (they make the complex seem simple).

• nd-to end Salesforce.com implementation experience with the following focus: S

• olution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile Iterative approach U
• nderstanding of key Salesforce.com architectural concepts and how they influence design F
• orce.com platform experience, including the limitations of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits) E
• valuation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions A

• bility to meaningfully articulate Salesforce terminology, processes, functionality, and architecture A
• pplied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions S
• alesforce Developer and/or Consultant-level certifications (architecture certifications a plus!) with 3+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (preferred), with the ability to acquire and maintain various additional Salesforce certifications S
• trong leadership and influence skills – demonstrates the ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives. A
• bility to create workflows, architectural diagrams, technical specifications (experience creating complex process flows using Lucid Chart/Vizio) K
• nowledge, experience, and understanding of middleware applications (e.g. Jitterbit, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.) E
• xcellent verbal and written communication to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management. B
• ackground with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns) S
• trong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. K

• nowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools. P
• reference for CPQ or Manufacturing Cloud or Field service certifications / experience.
