Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital design.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer who is passionate about visual design execution, exceling in the leveraging of Figma design system libraries. This role is pivotal in driving the visual and user experience design of our products/services to new heights, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and innovation.Work you'll doThe Senior Designer will support front-end design development of modernized screens for authenticated and non-authenticated user website experience. You will work as part of cross-functional team of studio/UX, visual design, copy/content and developers. Developing beautiful visual designs from concept to completion concepts supported by research, A/B testing, then producing prototypes. Always, with high attention to detail.Key Responsibilities• Champion the use of design system library within Figma to maintain consistency and scalability across designs.• Must demonstrate a strong passion for visual design and possess an ability to comprehend design across various formats, including responsive digital platforms for both authenticated and unauthenticated experiences, as well as native mobile applications.• Utilize Figma extensively to create prototypes and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals and user needs.• Lead the design efforts across multiple projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers.• Continuously evolve and enhance our design system, contributing to its growth and usability.• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the design team.• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and user experience.Requirements / Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Designer(4-8 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital products and services.• Expertise in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaborartion• In-depth knowledge of the creative suite, Figma design tools - including libraries and tokens, with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain design systems at scale.• A portfolio demonstrating your passion for design• Deep understanding of design system principles and experience in implementing and maintaining design system libraries.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.The teamWe are a multidisciplinary group who enjoy working together.
