Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption, activation, and business impact from product launches. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Revenue teams to connect product capabilities with customer needs—ensuring features are not just built, but fully adopted and impactful. Your work will directly influence key product success metrics like activation, engagement, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities: 

Research & Opportunity Sizing 

  • Uncover adoption blockers and usage opportunities through market research, customer conversations, and product data.
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams to gather insights and identify customer pain points and success patterns. 
  • Map findings to potential business outcomes and shape product discovery efforts to ensure strong market fit and commercial impact.

Influence During Design & Development

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and commercial teams during product development.
  • Ensure product teams are aligned on the potential business impact of each feature or release.
  • Shape positioning and value propositions early to prepare for impactful enablement and customer-facing narratives.  

Go-to-Market (GTM) execution 

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for feature launches to ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Create and maintain targeted enablement for internal teams to drive usage and support expansion conversations.
  • Track success through adoption metrics, engagement KPIs, and customer outcomes—and iterate based on what works.

  • Data-Driven: Use analytics and data insights to guide decision-making and measure success. 
  • Operational Discipline: Skilled in managing multiple workstreams, aligning timelines, and delivering with consistency and clarity.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to craft sharp, clear messaging for both internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing, in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Demonstrated success in driving feature or product adoption, activation, and usage—beyond just product launches.
  • Strong understanding of user research methods, experimentation, and behavioral data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, UserTesting, and survey platforms like Typeform or Qualtrics.
  • Familiar with working in agile environments using collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
