We’re looking for a talented, innovative, and savvy Social Media Video Artist to be an integral part of our content and marketing teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to shape the creative vision of our social media presence, crafting dynamic TikTok and Instagram Reels and designing impactful still images for global organic and paid campaigns. What You'll Do:
  • Generate social media video ideas from a large pool of content
  • Work closely with marketing managers and other artists to translate high-level marketing initiatives into engaging social media campaigns that engage our potential audience
  • Produce exceptional short-form video content from start to finish (e.g., Focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels) and still images that showcase our brand’s personality and resonate with diverse audiences
  • Design and edit a wide variety of digital assets, including motion graphics, social media posts, and platform-specific content optimized for engagement and shareability
  • Provide constructive input and feedback during team collaborations to elevate the overall creative output
  • Collaborate with external vendors and creative agencies, offering feedback and direction to ensure brand alignment and high-quality deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, aesthetics, and cultural moments to ensure content remains fresh and relevant
  • Analyze performance insights from campaigns and apply learnings to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness
  • Support cross-functional teams with creative input and assist with projects beyond primary responsibilities when needed
  • Other duties as assigned


What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience as a social media content creator or similar role, specializing in TikTok and Instagram Proven track record of creating social media content that drives audience engagement
  • Proven experience creating compelling video content from start to finish (ideation phase, execution to final product)Proficiency in photo editing and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent)
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, trends, and audience behaviors
  • Experience adding and balancing audio to videos and understanding of social media formats
  • A portfolio that showcases your awareness of the current culture and trend in social media, entertainment, technology, music, pop culture etc.
  • Exceptional narrative and  storytelling skills
  • Experience with tools of social media analytics and insights to content strategiesExcellent communication skills, proactive and comfortable working with both local and remote team members
  • Quick learner, hardworking, with a high level of motivation, results orientation, trustworthiness, teamwork spirit and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a big plus
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with videography (iPhone or professional) is a big plus!


$30 - $40 an hour
