As a member of the Insights and Analytics (I&A) team, this individual will be an integral strategic partner to Sanofi Commercial leadership, leading the development & application of cutting-edge market research methodologies to achieve the full potential of Sanofi’s expanding portfolio.This position will report to the Senior Director, Insights & Analytics RSV and will be based in Cambridge, MA or Bridgewater, NJ.RESPONSIBILITIES:Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Execute all market research projects with the support of the Director / Sr. DirectorLead market research projects to support the brand strategy, including identification of market research needs, vendor selection, design, execution and interpretation of studiesManage projects within budgets, schedules and corporate policies and SOPsExplore innovative techniques to address business questionsIdentify insight needs and recommend approaches to addressFoster strong agency partnerships to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality informationCoordinate vendors at each stage of the market research process and provide business/brand knowledge to aid in fieldwork material and report developmentCommunicate Actionable Insights:Develop and refine presentations to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely with a clear call to actionIntegrate and synthesize information from multiple sources to proactively address business needsDeliver strategic insights, tailored to each specific audience, which empower Commercial teamsShow strategic business acumen when communicating insights, addressing key business questions and providing recommendationsEffectively Collaborate and Partner Within a Matrix Environment:Work closely with brand teams to identify and address business needsDevelop strong strategic partnerships with the brand teamsCollaborate across functions (i.e. forecasting, analytics, patient services) to deliver integrated insights and recommendations to commercial teamsDemonstrate a solution-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solvingLead and develop Sr. Manager and Manager roles where applicableAbout You:Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferredSkills and Competencies:A minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research; with at least 2 years focused in RSVStrong understanding of all types of market research methodologiesExcellent project management skills, with ability to balance multiple projects / prioritiesKnowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources preferredSoft Skills:Effectively influence in a highly matrixed environmentStrong focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoningWhy Choose Us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career.Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution.Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits.Sanofi Inc. and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employers committed to a culturally diverse workforce.#J-18808-Ljbffr
