Digital Demand Manager

**Overview**The Digital Demand Manager is a key role in SAP Digital, responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline growth across North America. As a trusted advisor to the sales teams, you will develop strategic demand plans and execute campaigns to target high-potential industries and expand SAP's addressable market. **Responsibilities**• Drive demand generation plans and pipeline growth across North America• Analyze pipeline and YTD performance measurements to inform demand generation strategies• Collaborate with VAT teams to coordinate data-driven demand plans, create content, and execute demand generation campaigns• Develop high-impact programs with short time to value/revenue• Leverage data analysis to build programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue• Align with NA & VAT resources to drive continuous improvement and relevance of program deliverables• Engage with sales teams, develop relationships with Account Executives and Sales Development executives, and contribute to monthly team demand generation calls• *Qualifications**• 10+ years of experience in field sales, demand generation, or inside sales environment• High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/Contact Management System• Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making• Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills• Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills• Fluency in English required• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or Computer Science• *Benefits**• Targeted combined salary range: $132,000 - $281,400 USD• Variable incentive target• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance• Flexible working models and commitment to personal development• Opportunity to work with a global company with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion• Professional development and growth opportunities within the company• Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions• Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on teamwork and communication
