We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will oversee and coordinate internal cross-departmental projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s goals. The position requires strong communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to navigate the dynamic fintech landscape.

Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between departments for assigned projects.
Facilitate regular updates, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report project progress against objectives and KPIs.
Identify and address potential issues to ensure successful project completion.
Process Optimization:
Assess and improve internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement best practices in project and resource management.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finances, Business, and Product Development to coordinate assigned cross-departmental projects.
Previous project management experience (3-5 years), preferably in a fintech or tech environment.
Proven ability to manage cross-department projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Interest in crypto is always welcome here!
