Project Executive: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Project Executive to foster trustworthy, lifetime customer relationships with Commercial General Contractors in Spokane. A successful Project Executive should be a creative leader of continuous improvement while conceptualizing, estimating, and proposing creative mechanical solutions for various projects as requested by customers, managing sold projects through the complete project cycle, and closing sales with a profitable outcome.

  • Promote and support a strong team that embraces MMFS company culture
  • Foster & promote unbreakable, trustworthy, lifetime customer relationships
  • Conceptualize, estimate, and propose mechanical solutions for various opportunities as requested or needed by customers and close the sale
  • Manage sold projects through the complete project cycle to a profitable conclusion, and following department standard operating procedures
  • Be a creative leader of continuous improvement and operational excellence

The Project Executive role reports to Richard Condrey/Project Executive a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 annually plus commissions and vehicle compensation
