Position Summary
The Digital Project Management Office (PMO) team plans and implements key strategic Digital programs and projects to deliver outcomes benefiting UHN and the health system. We apply best practices for managing projects, change, and risk to ensure high quality deliverables, effective coordination of resources, and transparent progress reporting. Members of the PMO work in close partnership with a broad range of stakeholders, bringing the right teams together to streamline the demand, end-to-end delivery, and operational services in order to mobilize change and achieve value.
An exciting opportunity is available to showcase your talents as a Senior Project Manager with a primary focus on digitally-enabled Finance and Supply Chain projects (UHN Essential Business Controls). As an innovative, highly proficient digital project and change management leader, and strong communicator, you will work closely with business and technical teams to select and implement process and software solutions, and optimize UHN's use of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba applications to achieve efficiency and revenue benefits. Examples of near-term projects include automating invoice entry and other steps within the full procurement to pay cycle, implementing a streamlined travel and expense reimbursement solution, and putting in place a solution for automatic bank reconciliation.
