We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, a talent on the intersection of the specialist and manager, to join our in-house paid media team and take ownership of our paid media efforts across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with broad expertise in paid social advertising, especially Meta Ads or X Ads platforms and experience optimizing campaigns for e-commerce growth. You’ll be responsible for planning, control of execution, and performance optimization of campaigns on some of key channels, working alongside our content and creative teams to drive revenue growth for Trezor hardware wallets, sold through Trezor e-shop.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the performance of our external agencies for Meta Ads, X Ads & Microsoft Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and e-commerce goals.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns & oversee agencies performance across multiple paid social channels (Meta, X, Microsoft Ads etc.) to drive e-commerce sales
Collaborate with the creative teams & colleagues in paid media team to develop high-performing ad creatives tailored for direct-to-consumer e-commerce
Have a clear understanding of the company's niched target audience to optimize targeting on advertising channels
Oversee the performance of external agencies for Meta Ads, X Ads & Microsoft Ads ensuring alignment with business objectives and e-commerce goals
Cooperate with marketing data analyst on performance reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations for sales growth and optimization
Stay up to date with platform changes, trends and best practices to keep our social media advertising competitive in the e-commerce space
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social advertising across multiple platforms
Previous experience with the agency is a plus
Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROAS and revenue growth
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights
Experience overseeing external agencies or working closely with them to ensure campaign success
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
