Business Systems Analyst (Bilingual - Korean)

Job Description

Full-Time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Assess current systems and workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Design solutions that align with business goals and technological capabilities.
  • Work closely with developers, IT architects, and project managers to ensure proper implementation of systems.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Develop test cases and ensure new systems meet business needs.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that system updates address business problems.
  • Create system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and workflows.
  • Train users and provide ongoing support for implemented systems.
  • Participate in or lead projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor the progress of systems implementation and report on project status.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Tableau, SQL, SAP, MS Office apps,
  • Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are often preferred.
  • Bilingual – Korean & English preferred
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Ability to evaluate business processes and develop technology-driven solutions.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
