CDI (statut cadre) à Montpellier / 2 jours de télétravail 
Rémunération selon votre expérience et vos compétences : 42k€ - 52k€ (hors avantages Scalian)


Nous recherchons un Scrum Master H/F. Vous intégrez une équipe d'une cinquantaine de personnes, en charge du développement et des évolutions métiers du site web de la société.
En tant que référent, vous accompagnez les collaborateurs de vos équipes dans l'amélioration de son efficacité collective au quotidien et dans l'implémentation des pratiques agiles et outils, dans une organisation complexe (multi-technos, adhérences, dépendances...)

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- S'assurer de la bonne compréhension et de l'atteinte des objectifs des rituels agiles y compris des rituels à l’échelle
- Aider l’équipe à prendre du recul sur ses pratiques, pour les améliorer et en trouver de nouvelles en impulsant une dynamique d’amélioration continue
- Faciliter l’identification des freins et blocages des équipes
- Anticiper et désamorcer les tensions au sein des équipes et de son écosystème en s’appuyant sur des techniques de communication
- Guider la montée en compétences sur l’agilité des équipiers
- Favoriser le développement de la pluridisciplinarité en s’appuyant notamment sur la cartographie des expertises, le pair programming, le travail en commun, etc
- Fédérer les équipes autour de l'objectif sur lequel elle s’est engagée sur l'itération et mesure son degré d'atteinte
- Collaborer avec le Product Owner pour s'assurer de la bonne compréhension de la vision produit par les autres équipiers des équipes

Qualifications

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine de l'IT
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 4 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
- Une expérience significative en agilité est indispensable. Une expertise en agilité à l'échelle serait un plus
- Vous maitrisez JIRA Software
