Scrum Master - H/F

As a Scrum Master at SCALIAN, you will lead a team in the agile development of our company website, ensuring clear understanding and execution of agile rituals. You'll help identify team challenges, encourage continuous improvement practices, and facilitate effective communication channels among team members. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align the team's objectives with the overall product vision.

To be a successful Scrum Master at SCALIAN, candidates must hold a degree in IT or a related field and have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with agile methodologies is essential, and expertise in scaling agile practices is a valuable asset. Proficiency in JIRA Software is also required to effectively manage project workflows.
