The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $199,000 / year. SciTec, Inc. is on the lookout for a talented Program Site Lead to join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing sensor data processing technologies and scientific instrumentation for National Security and Defense initiatives. Based at Buckley Space Force Base, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our engineering activities align perfectly with our program objectives. Communication is key, and as the Program Site Lead, you'll maintain a steady dialogue with both the Government and SciTec leadership about the technical status of programs. You'll play a crucial role supporting program management by overseeing milestones, deliveries, and integration points. Your expertise in OPIR development will shine as you execute contract efforts that support operations and the operational acceptance campaigns of our fielded software for the OPIR Battlespace Awareness Center. This role involves not just individual responsibilities but also managing on-site support and coordinating with various teams. With over 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in OPIR development programs, your proficiency in team-building and conflict resolution will be invaluable.
