Track R&D performance metrics, including KPIs, DORA metrics, and monitoring status
Enforce Jira standards, manage dashboards, and align Jira processes with real-life project status
Track project milestones and monitor actual vs. planned execution
Identify bottlenecks and risks, flagging issues early to ensure timely delivery
Facilitate crisis resolution and post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned
Align prioritization with evolving business needs to address challenges dynamically
Provide clear and consistent visibility into R&D progress to stakeholders
Ensure seamless communication across internal and external teams, coordinating status reports and updates
Align release readiness and coordinate gates for Alpha, Beta, and GA launches
