Hold accountability for the integrity of the occurrence reporting system, leading root cause analysis initiatives, and ensuring the timely completion of action plans.Collaborate closely with medical staff leadership, medical groups, IPAs, and independent physicians to maintain the professional and technical quality of programs and services, driving optimal clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
