2025 Private Equity Summer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and financial models.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation and forecasting.
• Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to develop investment theses and strategies.
• Participate in meetings with portfolio companies and prospective investments.
• Present findings and recommendations to the investment team and stakeholders.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn about private equity and investment strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Search Fund Fellows is an unpaid fellowship program designed to provide students with real-world buy-side experience in private equity. There is no cost for students who are accepted into the program.
